When we truly begin to start thinking outside the box because the opinions of others no longer makes any sense to us, we are left with no choice but to go with the truth.
What is from the Earth is the greatest of worth, yet one single plant has been pin pointed and persecuted, pronounced a criminal offence to grow, smoke, eat or purchase. Go figure!
We can legally buy chamomile tea, another herb and use it as a mild sedative for relaxing and sleeping. We can buy alcohol, man made and use it to relax and feel good and in many cases as a way to get completely out of it.
Yet we cannot legally buy or grow the marijuana plant which has been used for years throughout history in making food, cloth, ship sails, incense and medicine, as well as a way to relax and feel good at the end of the day, like having a gin and tonic.
So who actually owns the persecuted pot plant?
Like all plants, marijuana belongs to nature and nature belongs to the Earth which belongs to all of us, so being classed as a criminal for growing or enjoying a plant is unfair, embarrassingly stupid and something that needs putting right.
This one plant and its seedy association with crime is the reason the prisons are over crowded, pornography, child trafficking and arms funding is booming resulting in too much dirty money in the wrong hands. Common sense says legalize it, decriminalize it, tax it then use the profit for good. Remember what is from the Earth is the greatest of worth, clearing the deficit in the current world economy would leave us free to concentrate on the real legal dangers easily available and destroying lives every day.
